Banana Bread

As I like cooking and trying new food I want to share with you some of my recipes and it is definitely worth trying.

Vegan Banana bread is my favorite cake, it can be a great alternative to the bread. It is light, tasty and fulfilling. The one I make is made with 100% chocolate powder, chia seeds, natural vanilla aroma, bananas, whole flour, coconut sugar & coconut oil. I do not like sweat desert that is why I replace cane sugar by coconut sugar. To give a little coconut taste I put coconut oil instead of olive oil. The chia seeds bring a crispy texture and full of good nutrients. It is the perfect breakfast.


Recipe for one cake:

150gr whole flour 4-5 bananas 100 gr. of coconut sugar 1 spoon of chia seeds 4 spoons of coconut oil 3 spoons of almond or coconut milk 1 c. spoons of baking powder 1-2 spoons of vegan cacao powder 5 drops of natural vanilla aroma



1. Preheat your over to 180° 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cacao powder, sugar and oil 3. Add the flour and milk until it becomes a homogeneous paste 4. Add the chia seeds, vanilla aroma, baking powder

5. Whisk until having the perfect paste 6. Bake it for 30 minutes 7. Leave to cool
