If you do not have time to cook, tartines will be an easy healthy meal that will give you all the nutriments you need for the day.
All you need if any kind of vegetables, I usually take eggplants and zucchinis as you can slice them easily, but it is up to you to choose what you prefer. For the bread I take the “German bread” which is made from wheat, rye, barley, oat and grains. It is fiber rich, rich in B vitamins and magnesium. But if you are not a big fan of German bread you can take any kind of wholegrain bread. You can put any kind of vegetables paste on the bread in order to give more taste and to be less dry. And of course, on the top I always put avocado, first because avocados are my life! and second because avocado is incredibly nutritious. It has many vitamins, it contains more potassium than bananas, they are loaded with fiber and many other good nutriments.
